We will email you a pre-paid shipping label/placard and shipping instructions, within
one business day of completion of transaction. Simply package your trade-in
product, attach the label/placard, and ship it to us. Most items are shipped
using FedEx.
Product received
Once we receive your product, we inspect the condition to make sure it matches the
condition you selected.
Receive your check
Your redemption check will be issued approximately 45 days after the receipt and
inspection of your trade product. All checks are mailed via the US Postal
Service.
